Characteristics of Coupling Flex Disc Pack: no lubrication and coupling maintenance; Do not wear parts; When the machine is running, you can check the condition of the disc pack through the strobe light; High torsional stiffness, no rotation; High power density (higher torque for a given outer diameter); Protect against harsh environments.
Reijay Coupling Flex Disc Pack compensates for the misalignment of two shafts, strong radial displacement, small flexibility and large axial displacement, and allows axial, radial and angular displacement. Reijay's high-quality Coupling Flex Disc Pack is different from the common diaphragm coupling. They are connected to the intermediate shaft to extend the transmission distance.
Reijay high-quality Coupling Flex Disc Pack can accurately transfer speed and run without rotation difference. It can be used for precision mechanical transmission. In transmission, the transmission efficiency is very high, especially in medium and high-speed high-power transmission.
