Structural features of Flexible Disc Coupling Power Transmission Parts: single flexible plane with two hubs and one disc group; For angular and axial deviations only; Two couplings are often combined with one shaft to form a floating coupling; For long and light floating shaft couplings, the shaft may be hollow.
Installation and removal of Flexible Disc Coupling Power Transmission Parts: remove the dust and dirt on the surface of the installation shaft and apply a thin layer of oil or lubricant. Clean the inner hole of reijay coupling and apply oil or lubricant. Insert the reijay coupling into the mounting shaft; If the bore is too tight, be careful not to strike the device with a hammer or hard metal. After positioning, tighten the screws gently with a torque wrench in the diagonal direction. Tighten the fixing according to the specified tightening torque. Finally, tighten the fixing screws in turn along the circumference. Please disassemble when the equipment is completely stopped; Loosen the locking screws in turn.
