Flexible Disc Coupling Power Transmission Parts features: the disc pack is manufactured under compression, allowing high-speed reciprocating torque. High-precision manufacturing eliminates clearance and joint vibration. The high-strength stainless steel disc pack can achieve unlimited dynamic load life even under the action of reciprocating force. The flexible disc design provides unlimited dynamic load life, and provides angular, radial and axial misalignment capabilities. The modular design is easy to install.
The diaphragm of the Flexible Disc Coupling Power Transmission Parts is very thin, so it is easy to bend when the relative displacement load occurs. Therefore, the servo system can bear some deviation while producing low bearing load. Flexible disc coupling is often used in servo system, and the diaphragm has good torque stiffness.
