Clean the inner hole of the coupling and apply oil or lubricant. Insert the coupling into the mounting shaft; If the bore is too tight, be careful not to strike the device with a hammer or hard metal.
After the positioning of the Flexible Disc Coupling Power Transmission Parts is completed, first tighten the screws gently with a torque wrench in the diagonal direction.Increase the force and repeat step. Tighten the fixing according to the specified tightening torque. Finally, tighten the fixing screws in turn along the circumference.
