Product Description
Allows larger angular displacements Improves torque transfer Flexible Gear Coupling
Check the meshing condition of the tooth surface of the coupling. The contact area along the tooth height is not less than 50%, and the tooth width is not less than 70%. There should be no severe pitting, wear and cracks on the tooth surface.
The full circle runout of the outer gear ring of the coupling is not more than 0.03mm, and the end face circular runout is not more than 0.02mm.
