1. The involue-crowned teeth structure is exclusively designed for the angular deviation,so as to avoid the angular force occurred on the pump shaft and seal,and also it is beneficial to compensate the radial-angular assembly error,further to avoid extra loads.

2.The coupling sleeve is made of damping material which could decrease the vibration during transmission. The maximum axial gap is +-2mm,so it could absorb shaft movement,and also avoid the axial force occurred from axial.

3.Strengthen the match of the coupling sleeve and metal hubs,no maintenance and lurication is needed.

4.it is easy to assemble. with the property of high mechanical strength,high heat endurance,high insulation capability. The whole set coupling assembly usually fasten to the housing,and only one pump connecting plate is required. the reduced space could save to the mounting bracket.metal plate or hydrualic system,in order to reach the minimum gap. it is used for the connection of the internal combustion engine and hydraulic pump. special made flywheel nylon plates are available.
