Curved Tooth Gear Coupling,Nylon gear coupling bowex gear coupling M-65 has below characteries:
1) DENTEXR couplings are suitable both for horizontal and verticalshaft connection, for reversing and intermittent service.The steel/plastic combination also has the advantage that no lubricationby oil or grease is required;
2) the coupling, therefore, does not need any maintenance.The6.6-polyamide used for the coupling sleeve is distinguished by itsexcellent sliding properties and wear resistance; it is also resistantto all market-standard lubricants and hydraulic fluids.However,substances of strongly polar character such concentrated mineralacids, formic acid,cresol, glycol, benzyl alcohol can dissolve 6.6-polyamide at high temperature.
3) Maximum service reliability is guaranteed at temperatures between-25 C and +80 °C.A coupling sleeve in heat-stabilised polyamideis required for temperatures up to +140“℃.
