Compared with other high torque drivers, flexible gear coupling has the characteristics of compact structure, lightweight and long service life. The loss of transmission torque can be reduced furthest, and there is almost no noise and vibration during high-speed rotation.
The flexible gear coupling needs regular lubrication. If there is a lack of grease or oil, it will fail prematurely. The shaft seal is usually an O-ring that holds the lubricant in place.
